either of them, but the zip file is much smaller. If you downloading .xyz file remember to save it with extension xyz only 
(Just remove .pdb extension if you are seeing it). Use Chime program to view the animation. (You can download a free 
copy of the program from www.mdl.com but it requires registration.) Enjoy!
